Purpose
The Purpose of this Agreement is to enter a coaching relationship between the Coach and the Client, where the Coach will train the Client and cultivate his/her health goals as needed holistically.
Services
The services are provided by Kirthika Pillai. As the Coach, she provides the service, which includes coaching on topics decided jointly with you, the Client. The purpose of coaching is to develop and implement strategies to help the Client reach their identified health goals. Coaching may address a wide variety of goals including life balance. Overall, Health Coaching is a holistic approach towards health. Your Coach is a health professional who is trained to help people move towards a healthy lifestyle. She does this through a service called “Coaching”.Client Consent
Personal responsibility for health and wellness is the Client’s alone. The Client is responsible for creating and implementing his/her physical, mental and emotional well-being as well as decisions, choices, actions and results. The Coach can not be held liable or responsible for individual results achieved by the Client. You are consulting with a qualified health professional. Though the Coach guides you to the betterment of your health, it in no manner replaces or substitutes for the service of a physician or a doctor.Payment For Services
The Client agrees to make full payment at the start of the program.Refund Policy
Once the Client has paid for a program, the No Refund policy applies. Due to the nature of the service, we do not entertain, Return, Refund & Cancellations under any circumstances.Confidentiality
The Coach will keep the Client’s information private and will not share the Client’s information with any third party unless compelled to by law. If needed under any other circumstances, the Coach will ask for the Client’s explicit consent to share any information with any other care providers. The Client disclosing or using the information/materials for any purpose other than personal use and beyond the scope of this Agreement, or the exceptions set forth, is expressly forbidden without the prior consent of the Coach.Sessions
All sessions will be virtual via Zoom/Google Meet. The session links will be sent through e-mail to the Client before the scheduled session. The Coach will record, and maintain communications, documents, information, and notes related to the Client in a manner most convenient for the Coach. E-mail and Phone call support will be provided. As Health Coaching is not an emergency service, the Client can expect a response within 2-working days.Scheduling Policy
- The coaching session date/time is scheduled at the mutual convenience of the Coach and the Client.
- Each month’s entire appointment has to be scheduled before the start of the said month. The duration of each session as mentioned has to be adhered to.
- To reschedule, the Client agrees that it is his/her responsibility to notify the Coach 7 days before the scheduled session. Although emergencies are inevitable, do reach the Coach to reschedule. The Coach will attempt in good faith to provide the next available dates to reschedule the missed meeting.
- If the Client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the Coach will assume that the appointment is cancelled and the Client understands that it can’t be rescheduled.
- In the event of an emergency from the Coach’s side, the Coach will give the Client as much notice as possible if there is a possibility of interruption to the services, whether that interruption is temporary or long-term.
